At Witty Machines, we build robots for the food industry. Simple, reliable machines that work. We've just closed our first large customers and we need someone to help us get more of them.
You'll own our go-to-market from end to end, working directly alongside the CEO. This isn't a "figure it out alone" role - you'll have support. But you will be responsible for revenue and the sales pipeline.

You want to build: This is the ground floor of our commercial function. You'll create our sales playbook, our marketing strategy, make things run smoothly. In a year or two, you could be leading a team.
You want impact: You're joining at 6 people. Your work directly determines if we succeed. No politics, no bureaucracy, just results.
You like hard problems: Selling robots to SMEs is not easy. They're skeptical, pragmatic, and conservative. Earning their trust is satisfying work.
You value craft: We care deeply about building machines that work. That same standard applies to how we sell. No tricks, no hype, just honest work.
Compensation: 100-130k CHF per year based on experience + generous equity.
