We build robots that work.

Simple as that. No buzzwords or promises of a sci-fi future. Just precise, reliable machines that do their job.

About us

In an industry driven by flashy and complicated technology, we build machines that work.

Founded in 2024, we started with a clear focus: case packing robots for the food industry. These aren't glamorous machines that make headlines. They're the quiet workers that pack products into shipping boxes, day in and day out, without complaints.

Why we're here

Walk into any modern factory and you'll find robots everywhere. Too many of them are complex systems requiring constant attention, frequent repairs, and specialized knowledge to keep running.

We believe robots should be like trusty hammers. They should work when you need them, how you need them, without demanding attention or making a fuss.

How we work

We start with the problem, not the technology. Before writing a single line of code or welding the first joint, we immerse ourselves in our customers' world.

We watch. We listen. We learn.

Every design decision flows from real-world use. We test constantly on hardware, not in simulations. Our feedback loops are measured in minutes, not months.

"Good enough" isn't in our vocabulary. If we don't believe we can build the world's best product in a category, we won't touch it. To us, this isn't arrogance – it's respect for our customers' time and trust.

Our philosophy is simple: build robust systems for the world. Create technology that solves real problems. Stay humble, honest, and focused on what matters.

Today, we're focused on case packing robots. Tomorrow? We'll see.

What we end up building will follow the same principles: simple, robust, and uncompromisingly good.

We are not here to change the world. We are here to make the machines that keep it running work a little bit better.

That's Witty Machines.

What's in a name

The old joke in robotics goes: "If it works, it's a machine. If it doesn't, it's a robot". We chose to be Witty Machines. A reminder that the cleverest solution is the often the simplest one.

Mechatronics engineer - Automation

As an early employee, you will play a critical role in designing our products and solutions to integrate them into our customer’s workflows. As a mechanical engineer, you would independently design components, work with our partners to get them manufactured and define our processes and operations. You will have a chance to grow with the company and get lots of responsibility, if you so desire. You will be part of the daily decision making of the company and will contribute to defining the strategy of the company.
